Tiffany Latino-Gerlock is a passionate and dedicated public affairs professional with decades of experience. Her expertise includes coalition building, effective legislative and funding advocacy strategies, event planning and execution, writing and public speaking skills, and compelling storytelling. 

Prior to joining J Strategies, Tiffany served as Government Relations Director for MACNY, the Manufacturers Association of Central New York. In this role, she managed the advocacy, communications, and public policy efforts of MACNY, as well as the statewide Manufacturers Alliance of New York, which focused on key legislative and policy measures at the state and federal levels. Tiffany's previous experience also includes serving as a communications and government affairs director for Central New York's Water Authority, communications director for a ranking New York State Senate member, and an award-winning radio/television journalist in the Syracuse community and beyond.

Tiffany, a New York native, graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Minor in Political Science. She resides near Syracuse with her family and enjoys community volunteering and serving on nonprofit boards.
